Payment and renewal
Pay with PayPal, Venmo, a credit or debit card, or Apple Pay on supported devices. Plans paid with PayPal, Venmo, or a card renew monthly until you cancel. A month paid with Apple Pay does not renew on its own, and we email a reminder before it ends. Cat Facts is also available in the iPhone app.
Common questions
How much does Cat Facts cost?
Plans start at $2.99 a month for 1 cat fact a day and go up to $40.50 a month for 15 a day. There is also a free option that sends 3 cat facts and then stops on its own.
Does the person receiving the cat facts pay anything?
No. The person who signs up pays. The recipient pays nothing beyond their normal message and data rates, and they can reply STOP at any time to end the texts.
Does a Cat Facts subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans bought with PayPal, Venmo, or a card renew monthly until you cancel. A month paid with Apple Pay does not renew on its own; we email a reminder before it ends.
How do I cancel a Cat Facts subscription?
If you paid with PayPal or Venmo, cancel it in PayPal under Settings, Payments, Manage automatic payments. Otherwise use the unsubscribe page on catfactstexts.com or email support@catfactstexts.com. Replying STOP ends the texts; billing is cancelled separately.
What payment methods does Cat Facts accept?
PayPal, Venmo, credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay on supported devices. No PayPal account is needed to pay by card.
